ABOUT ME

As a Healing Arts Practitioner and Clean Beauty Advocate Courtney Helms’ mission is to empower her patients and clients with knowledge so they can take their health and the health of their families and loved ones into their own hands. 

She received her Master's Degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from the prestigious Oregon College of Oriental Medicine after completing four years of medical school training in both Eastern and Western medicine philosophy. Prior she graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelors in Child Development which led to her career as a Behavior Therapist specializing in early intervention and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Her Healing Arts Practice is focused on holistic health coaching through nutritional and herbal support and the application of jeweled ear seeds. She can be found advocating for stricter laws and regulation within the beauty industry. Courtney partnered with Beautycounter several years ago in hopes to educate even more people about the importance of reducing environmental toxins and increasing overall health and wellness.
